Shipping: All orders ship for FREE. Small items such as DVDs, T-shirts, carabiners, etc may ship via US Mail. Most other items will ship via FEDEX Ground. Most items ship from our warehouse in San Luis Obispo, CA. However, we do occasionally ship items from other third party warehouses in which case you will receive multiple packages which may not all arrive on the same day.

Returns: For the safety of all climbers, load bearing gear such as ropes, carabiner, quickdraws, harnesses, pulleys, ascenders and similar items may not be returned due to safety issues. Climbing shoes, clothing, DVDs, and non-load bearing climbing gear may be returned if the items are in NEW, UNUSED condition and have all original tags attached. Please include a note in the box with your order number and name and let us know if you want a refund or an exchange for another item. For climbing shoes DO NOT apply the shipping sticker directly on the shoe box itself. Place the shoe box into another box and apply the shipping label to the outside box. We can not resell shoes that have a destroyed shoe box covered with shipping labels and won't accept your return! Seems like common sense but we get this a lot!

International Orders: We are only authorized to ship orders within the USA.
